Richard, who grew up in Potsdam, came to Havelberg in 2023. Maik grew up in Havelberg. Both are united by their desire to raise the city’s potential and increase its skills.
As Debeka’s most successful real estate agent in northern Germany, Maik has helped so many people to own their own four walls that he is very well known and respected. Richard brings with him the international experience of over 100 international real estate transactions. He is also the publisher of the monthly magazine Havelberg-Geheimtipp.
